Instructions to delegates
of workshop
- Please note that workshop starts at 08.30 am on 6th Jan 2009. There is no
inauguration and procedures will continue non-stop till evening.
- Venue is Hall 1 (Dr.K.Siddappa Hall), Gayathri Vihar, Palace Grounds.
- Registration starts at 7.30 am. For those who have registered for the
conference too, conference registration will be completed on the same day.
- Lunch will be served between 12.30 to 3.00 pm. Plasma TV projection will
be available in the lunch area.
- To facilitate informative question and answer sessions, stand-on mikes
will be available in the hall. You are requested to direct the questions to
the chairperson who will then communicate the same to the operating surgeon.
- Proper time management is important in a workshop. Power point
presentations have been designed to answer most frequently answered questions.
We request you to cooperate by asking relevant, crisp and specific questions.
- Please switch off mobile phones inside the hall. Note that accompanying
persons are not allowed in the scientific sessions.
- Due to operative and procedural requirements, there may be some changes in
the program in the last minute.
- A workshop feedback form will be provided along with delegate kit and the
same may be returned after duly filling it. Note that there are incentives for
the same.
