There will be facility in all the halls for single LCD presentation from the laptop provided.

The presentation should be on PowerPoint using office 2007, windows xp or flash.

Usage of own laptops will not be permitted due to the constraint of time.

All movie files, preferably as mpeg 1 files should be brought along with the presentation as a single folder. At the time of loading please verify & ensure that your videos are working.

If any special fonts are used please bring the presentation as a pack & go file.

Duration for free papers, young dermatologist’s forum and award papers is 7 minutes.

Award paper presenters please note that only name of presenter is allowed during presentation. Mentioning names of co-authors or institution or city will lead to disqualification.

Kindly note that some free papers are scheduled during regular sessions and not under free paper sessions.

There will be a digital reverse timer at the hall and all participants are requested to stick to the allotted time.

All presenters are requested to load their presentations at least 3 hours before their presentation time at the preview room. The preview room is located adjacent to Hall 1 the main conference hall.

Please check exact date & timings of your presentation, duration, hall no etc when you arrive at the conference venue in final programme book.

All presenters are requested to report to the respective HALL coordinators at least 20 minutes before the start of their sessions.

No requests for changes in the schedule of presentations will be entertained at the venue.

Only material submitted at the preview room will be allowed for presentation.

Scientific committee decisions will be final.

As a conference policy all material presented, will be the property of the conference and the scientific committee will have full rights over the same.

All speakers are requested to declare conflicts of interest if any in a slide at the beginning of the presentation.
